Bianch ch’a lus in Piedmontese means white that shines. This perfectly describes the colour of our wine and our grapes that shine when exposed to the sunlight. In our vineyard, the pergola rows are set in a way that guarantees the maximum exposure to the sun.
Our grapes get fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks yielding a splendid yellow wine with greenish reflections that has a fresh scent with firm acid structure and strong, pleasant fruity sensations.
It’s ideal for appetizers, fish and white meat.
